Psychological assessments, conducted by a Registered Psychologist, provide a structured and evidence-based understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Assessments help clarify diagnostic questions, identify strengths and areas of need, and offer practical recommendations to support treatment, education, work, and daily functioning. The process typically includes a comprehensive clinical interview, standardized testing when appropriate, and a detailed feedback session to ensure results are clearly understood and meaningfully applied to your goals.

Informal Intake Consultation (Clarity Consultation)
An informal intake consultation is also available for individuals seeking professional clarity without completing the full formal assessment process. This focused clinical consultation explores your concerns, reviews relevant screening information, and provides personalized recommendations and next-step guidance.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Esha

I am a Registered Psychologist who supports youth, adults, professionals, and post-secondary students through life’s transitions, including stress, burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, and cultural identity concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Using evidence-based strategies like Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Beyond Private Practice:

I’m committed to community health, education, and social justice. I teach a diversity course for Master of Counselling students, support youth and families through Foundry BC Virtual, and in 2026, I’m developing workshops and mini-workbooks with Social Justice practicum students from Adler University to help families impacted by financial trauma.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring Vancouver Island’s trails and coastlines, dancing and star gazing. Nature is both my inspiration and my grounding force.
