Therapy is more than just talking - it's a collaborative process grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for your individual journey. Our psychologists provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, process emotions, and move toward meaningful change.

Therapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, grief, and life transitions. Whether you're working through a specific issue or seeking personal growth, our goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

We draw on evidence-based approaches to tailor each session to your needs, working together to enhance self-understanding, build resilience, and support emotional well-being.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Esha

I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in supporting youth, adults, professionals, and post-secondary students through life’s transitions. I help clients navigate stress, burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, and cultural identity concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Together, we’ll use evidence-based strategies—including Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy—to help you find clarity, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.

Beyond Private Practice: I am passionate about community health and education. I teach future counsellors at City University of Seattle and provide support to youth and families through the public sector (Foundry BC).

Outside of work, I love exploring Vancouver Island’s trails and coastlines; nature is my inspiration and grounding force.
